Basically, I don’t hand over personal information without a warrant or a subpoena. Even when I receive one, I will contact the user/commenter prior to handing this information across.

If you do decide to troll my site, I’ll just ban you & delete your comments, I’m not in the business of suing users, nor am I in the business of exposing others to law suits.
